Make a Charitable Donation
The Sainsbury Centre, as part of the University of East Anglia, has charitable status (XN 423)
The Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts has been built upon to the generosity of others. Ever since 1973, when Sir Robert & Lady Sainsbury donated their collection, and their son Lord Sainsbury employed Norman Foster to design and create our building, the Centre has continued to be indebted to the wide range of trusts, foundations, individuals and Friends who have supported it.
The Sainsbury Centre is a centre for excellence; an ethos which carries over from its exhibitions programme to its world-renowned collections; from its academic teaching to its community engagement. We are committed to providing free entry to our collections, providing fun education opportunities for the 14,000 school children who visit us every year, working with local communities, staging beautiful and scholarly exhibitions and building our priceless collections. There are many ways in which you too can become a part of this fantastic legacy, helping to ensure continued excellence for generations to come.

Sponsor an Object
The Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts is delighted to be offering a unique and exciting way for individuals, organisations, and businesses to become involved with our forthcoming spectacular exhibition, Masterpieces: Art and East Anglia.
Our Sponsor an Object scheme allows you to connect directly to a masterpiece (or masterpieces) of your own choice from the East Anglian heritage. And your generous contribution will also ensure the lasting legacy and impact that this once-in-a lifetime exhibition will have on the region, and everyone who comes to visit it.

UEA50 and The Difference Campaign
The University of East Anglia (UEA) was founded to 'Do Different'. Being just like everyone else is an easy path to take. Difference is harder, and it costs. This is why we are launching 'The Difference' Campaign in our 50th Anniversary year. The £50m we aim to raise by the end of 2016 will deliver a margin of excellence in four areas – our four major themes - where we believe UEA has truly exceptional strength and potential.
