Many of the ceramic works in the collection are by British makers including Leon Victor Solon, Minton, William Moorcroft and Royal Doulton.
There are also works in the collection from the Rozenburg factory, Netherlands, made from delicate eggshell porcelain. A ceramic figure of the American dancer Loie Fuller, by Austrian firm Reissner Stellmacher und Kessel, is a highlight of the collection.
