Young Associates is a group of young people who meet at the Centre to discuss current issues in art and culture and to devise and deliver visual arts projects.

This year, the Young Associates have produced a publication documenting their work and personal responses to the Sainsbury Centre. The group has conducted a series of interventions in the galleries and is currently collaborating with the Norwich-based SHhhh Collective to create projects in response to the exhibition, JAPAN: Kingdom of Characters.

The group is working towards a film about the display at the Centre and is programming events that will take place after hours. Young Associates Presents� will provide a platform for emerging creative talent and will include music, interactive art installations and film screenings at each event.
